How may portions are each meal?

Each Freshplate meal is a generous serving meant to feed one adult.

How long do the meals last?

The refrigerated shelve life of our preservative-free, vacuum-sealed meals is between 10 and 20 days. Once removed from the vacuum-sealed bag, meals should be consumed within 3-4 days. To extend shelf life, meals can be frozen once out of the vacuum-sealed bag.

How do I heat up my meals?

Place the vacuum-sealed bag in a boiling pot of water for 3-5 minutes. Voila! This method maintains the nutritional integrity of the meals but you can also remove the vacuum-sealed bag and microwave.

How does delivery work?

Delivery cost is included. Every Monday, your meals will be delivered in a tote between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Return your empty tote during delivery.

How does the subscription work?

Sign up before Wednesday at midnight and receive your first weekly delivery the following Monday between 9am and 5pm. Every week thereafter, you will receive your meals every Monday. Pause or cancel anytime.

Is there anything I need to do after I place my first order?

If you sign up for 21 meals, your order is automatic and there is nothing for you. If you sign up for 14 or 7 meals, choose your combo every week by Wednesday at midnight for the following week. If you don’t choose, we’ll repeat your last order.
